Awards

The Society runs a number of Awards in addition to the medals and prize lectures. These tend to have been endowed more recently and often combine a prize and a lecture, or are run by the Society and a partner organisation (for example the GlaxoSmithKline Prize and Lecture).

The recipients are not selected by the Physical and Biological Awards Committees, but by separate Awards Committees. More information on the Committees can be found under each specific Award.
