The Royal Society's annual Summer Science Exhibition brings teams of researchers at the cutting-edge of science and technology to London to discuss their work with members of the public, school students and Fellows of the Royal Society.

Usually held at the Society's premises at 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, this is a unique event. It is highly popular among post-16 students, giving them the opportunity to find out more about modern science and technology; engage with researchers; consider career options; explore issues and topics they have encountered through their studies; and generally raise their interest in science and scientists.

    The 2010 exhibition

2010 is the Royal Society's 350th anniversary and to celebrate the Society is holding its annual Summer Science Exhibition at the Southbank Centre in London from 26 June to 4 July 2010. Surrounded by a packed 9-day festival of events, the Exhibition will form the centrepiece of the biggest year of science yet.
