Between March and May 2010, the Hunterian Museum of the Royal College of Surgeons, will be helping us to celebrate our 350th anniversary with The Lens of Life season.
The Lens of Life is a series of family workshops, talks and lectures inspired by and about the subject of microscopy.
The talks and lecture series will examine the history of microscopy, as illustrated by the work of Fellows of the Royal Society.
Workshops will give young people and families a practical hands-on experience of how doctors and scientists use microscopes to identify diseases.
