The Royal Society Enterprise Fund has been established with the guidance of a distinguished and experienced group of advisors and supporters. The Board of the Enterprise Fund currently comprises:

- Roger Brooke, Founder of Candover Investments, non-executive director of IP Group
- Stephen Brooke, Founder and Managing Partner of Swarraton Partners
- Anne Glover, Founder and CEO of Amadeus Capital Partners
- Sir Peter Williams CBE FREng FRS, Treasurer and Vice President, Royal Society
- Dr Andrew Mackintosh, Chief Executive, Royal Society Enterprise Fund
- Ian Cooper, Finance and Operations Director, Royal Society
- Stephen Cox CVO, Executive Secretary, Royal Society
In addition, the Fund benefits from advice and support from the:
- Investment Committee: This is composed of Board members and Fellows of the Royal Society
- Scientific Advisory network: This comprises a growing group of outstanding ‘science entrepreneurs’ from the extensive Royal Society network
- Business Advisory network: This includes donors to the Enterprise Fund and other supporters from the business and financial community.
