Public lecture by Lord (Martin) Rees of Ludlow OM Kt FRS
Martin Rees is Master of Trinity College and Emeritus Professor of Cosmology and Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge and Astronomer Royal. Ethics and prudence set limits to how our scientific knowledge can be applied. And there are constraints on the amount of research we can afford. But are there some aspects of the universe, or of life, that we’ll never understand because they’re beyond human brains and that must await post-human intellects?
