Conference facilities - 2009
For over 300 years the Royal Society has held some of the most important events in the scientific world, which makes it uniquely equipped to ensure your event is a truly memorable occasion. Whether it is a small meeting for 10 or a major conference for 300, we have the experience and the commitment to exceed your expectations. The Society is based in Carlton House Terrace overlooking The Mall and St James's Park. Designed by John Nash in 1827, this Grade 1 listed building has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme to provide first class meeting and dining facilities, with state of the art audio-visual services. Facilities for the disabled are available.
At the Royal Society we believe that clients should spend their time looking after their delegates and leave the operational details of the day to us. From your initial call and through our extensive pre-event planning, everything is geared to make your day as simple as possible. After years of holding some of the most prestigious national scientific events at the Royal Society we have an unrivalled experience in making your event that little bit more special.
