The Royal Society's conference facilities may be hired by organisers of events promoting science, science policy, education, technology, engineering and the public understanding of science.
Please contact us if you'd like to discuss whether your event meets these criteria.
Fellows, universities and charities may hire the rooms at the ‘Charity Rate’. All other business services may hire at the ‘Standard Rate’.
Instead of the room hire rate, clients may alternatively choose a Daily Delegate Rate (DDR). This includes room hire (a main lecture theatre and additional catering room), all Audio Visual equipment (except the cost of the Technician and filming), three servings of Tea, Coffee and Biscuits, and a Chef's Choice Buffet lunch which offers three main dishes, including one vegetarian option, Seasonal Salads, and Dessert.
