If you decide to opt for flowers, your event manager can help to co-ordinate bespoke flower arrangements, taking into consideration the rooms you are using, company colours and seasonality.
Entertainment can be booked via our conference team too. A string quartet could just be the perfect addition to a pre-dinner drinks reception, with a notable after dinner speaker to conclude the event.
We are aware that a number of our events and their guests may attract attention, so we are able to facilitate the provision of a professional security team for particularly sensitive events, allowing you to concentrate on the event in hand.
Additionally a number of our clients chose to provide guests with a tour around our world-class Library and Archives which include manuscripts, printed books and paintings amassed to provide a record of scientific achievements from over 350 years.
