Public Engagement Committee

The Public Engagement Committee is responsible for guiding the strategic direction of public engagement activity, which we believe is an indispensable and valued element of the research lifecycle. The Society has long shown leadership and innovation in this area and the Committee oversees activities including the flagship Summer Science Exhibition, the Professor of Public Engagement role, cultural partnerships and the Science Book Prize. The Committee meets four times a year.
