As part of the 2012 Royal Society Summer Science Exhibition

Did you know that our Royal Society Fellows have won Olympic medals, founded the Paralympics, and invented a cricket bowling machine?

The ties between science and sport may not seem obvious at first, but this exhibit will show how scientists’ passions have influenced their lives outside of academic research and led to incredible lifetime achievements.
