End of project report and evaluation

A Partnership Grants poster display in school

All Partnership Grants projects must come to and end and if your project has finished, congratulations and it is time for the end of project report.

At the end of your project you are required to submit an evaluation report to the Royal Society Education Outreach team. The report is a summary of your project and student experience, along with an account of expenditure. Once you have submitted the report, you will then be eligible to apply for further Partnership Grants and extension grants to help embed or extend your project.

For completing the report, please use the Partnership Grant end of project report template.

As well as the report, we also ask that both the school partner and the STEM partner complete a survey, which will be accessible online and you will be reminded when you end your project.

If you have any questions about the reporting procedure or the survey, please contact us.
