Share your experience with the Royal Society Schools Network

We encourage all those who are part of the Royal Society Schools Network to share their experience and good practice in order to support others in the network and promote excellence in science, computing and mathematics teaching.

Teachers can share examples of best practice with us via email or with the wider network via the Royal Society Schools Network blog.

How to write for our blog

Writing a blog post can help to raise a teacher's profile and that of their school or college, and is the simplest way to share examples of best practice with others across the network.

If you would like to submit a blog post for consideration, please email the Education Outreach team with the following information:

  • a draft of your blog post
  • your name
  • your school or college name
  • a web link to your school or college website (to be included in the blog post byline)
  • photos that you have permission to be published by a third party (us), and proof of that permission (if you don't have a photo we could always use a stock image to illustrate)

Your blog post should be a concise and engaging write up of the activity, intervention or approach. Use your blog to explain the background to what you are sharing, what you did (including any general details of the process), and what the impact was on you and/or your students in development and learning.
