Research summary

I focus on design of efficient algorithms and data structures for text processing. One of particular areas of interest is finding repetitions in texts, which has strong connections with computational biology, data compression and musicology. I also consider regularities in non-standard and non-linear models of texts, both from algorithmic and from combinatorial point of view. The focus of my research is on algorithms which are efficient in theory and at the same time feasible in practise.
