Kathryn McLaughlin teaches Maths and Chemistry to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the North East of England.  Born and raised in Norfolk and a graduate of the University of Bristol and King’s College London, she has 30 years’ teaching experience in schools across the country, including roles as Head of Chemistry at Haberdashers’ School for Girls and joint Lead in Maths in her current post.  Kathryn has been involved with the Partnership Grant scheme for some years, initially as a beneficiary with pupils from the Pupil Referral Unit where she works, and subsequently as part of a working party to enable Partnership Grants to be accessible to pupils with SEND.
