Luke Rolls

Luke Rolls works as an Assistant Headteacher for Curriculum at the British School in Tokyo. Previously, Luke was a founding member and Associate Headteacher of the University of Cambridge Primary School. Luke is a primary mathematics and mastery specialist teacher and has worked with a variety of schools and educators on developing maths teaching practice. He is the co-editor of the Unlocking Research book series, Reimagining Professional Development in Primary Schools and Unleashing Children's Voices in Democratic Primary Education. Luke works with Japanese maths educators to collaborate on how lesson study can be used as an effective vehicle for teacher professional learning.
