Robert Harle is a Senior Lecturer in the Computer Laboratory at the University of Cambridge and a Fellow in Computer Science at Downing College, Cambridge. His research interests are in cyber-physical systems, particularly the sensing of context for mobile and wearable devices.
Robert is heavily involved in admissions, outreach and teaching at the University level. He has helped shape the Computer Science degree at Cambridge and overseen recent changes to make greater use of online teaching and assessment within the University. He is the recipient of the 2016 Pilkington Prize for outstanding teaching.
