We are seeking evidence to inform the Cybersecurity research: a vision for the UK project. The Royal Society is keen to obtain views from a wide set of experts, including academia, government, industry, commercial enterprises and non-government organisations, to ensure a broad debate that takes into account the needs of individual citizens and consumers. The evidence received will inform the project’s findings and conclusions alongside a programme of wider stakeholder engagement and consultation.
If you would like to submit evidence then please do so by Monday 9 December 2013, following these guidelines:
The Steering Group has identified a list of cybersecurity research challenges (PDF), which are referred to by the questions below. This list is neither exclusive nor exhaustive, so we welcome views on other emerging cybersecurity research challenges.
This project is led by a Steering Group of experts. Professor John McCanny FREng FRS is chair of the Steering Group.
