Not bringing a group to the Summer Science Exhibition 2019?
A number of exhibits have provided resources to help teachers access information about their research, which could be used to support lesson content. Please click on the links below to access the resources.
You can also find an online summary of this year's exhibit on the Summer Science Exhibition website.
Schools groups attending the Summer Science Exhibition 2019
This year we are piloting two special days for sixth form students alongside our normal group booking for schools aimed at students aged 14 and above. All school groups who attend the Summer Science Exhibition should have booked in advance to guarantee entrance and receive support documentation.
Tickets are charged at £2 each (max of £56 per group) but please note that this cost will be refunded in full as long as at least 50% of your booked group have attended the event – the fixed price is included as a deposit to secure your place. If you can no longer make the event, as long as you cancel up to 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after this point, your deposit may be retained.
The lead teacher for every booked group should now have received email correspondence from the Royal Society guiding them to where to find information to help them prepare for their trip.
If you have not received this information or have any queries about booking, please contact the Schools Engagement team.
