Please download a Letter of Introduction (LOI) and have it endorsed by the local agency via email@example.com. What are the arrangements made for airport transfers?
On arrival into Singapore Changi Airport, please make your own way to the booked accommodation via public transport or by taxi

Please be assured that the public transport system in Singapore is easy to use, but if you have any questions or concerns please do get in touch.
There will be a cash reimbursement of up to SGD25 for your arrival transfers provided in tour delegate kit.
For departure transfers, you will be given an e-voucher in your delegate pack that allows you to take a taxi to Changi Airport.
Do I need a receipt to claim the SGD25?
No, it is not required to show proof of travel.
If I still would like to make arrangements for a private car transfers, how can I do it?
Please contact your hotel (Pan Pacific Singapore Marina or Park Avenue Rochester). If you are staying in Student Housing, please write to email@example.com and we will link you up with our partner. However we would encourage you to use public transport or taxis wherever possible.

I am checking in on 12 June. What is the breakfast arrangement for 13 June as the programme only commences in the afternoon?
Breakfast for 13 June would be on allowance basis of SGD25, provided in your delegate kit. Receipts are not required to claim reimbursement.
I am a Muslim guest and I am fasting. What are the arrangements made for the breakfast on 13-16 June?
There will be a morning delivery for your Suhur. The breakfast set will be delivered to your room by 5am. For Iftar, there would be dinner served at a later time.
I have special dietary requirements for my meals. Is there food available?
The caterers are Halal (for both Conference and Hosted Dinner Conference) and for Opening Dinner, Halal bentos have been provided.
For gluten free guests, please collect your meal bentos from the Help Desk on each day of the conference.
If you have stated in your registration your dietary requirements, the organisers have taken note of and worked to accommodate your needs.

There will be a Hospitality Desk at the lobby of your accommodation.

I am arriving earlier than 10:00 and I am staying at NUS Residential College. What can I do?
The Seminar Room 6 will have wifi, tables and chairs for your use till 10am.
Where do I collect my room access key if I am staying at the student accommodation?
Please collect your room access key from Seminar Room 6 (level 1) located at 6 College Avenue East, Singapore 138614. Do note of the operating hours of the room.
Where do I collect my room access key if I am staying at Park Avenue Rochester?
It will be at the hotel main lobby.
What do I need to produce for check-in to my accommodation?
For Park Avenue Rochester, you will need your passport and a credit card to secure for incidentals.
For student housing, you will need your passport and school ID card.
I am staying in student accommodation and my arrival time is before or beyond the operational hours of the hospitality desk to collect my keys. How do I collect my room access key?
This is applicable more for delegates arriving on 10 and 11 June. You will collect the room access key cards via the e-locker system. Refer to the directions below:
Please proceed to Cinnamon College at University Town, NUS, 22 College Avenue East Singapore 138593, and check-in with the E-Locker System that is located at the drop-off point.
- Key in your Date of Birth and select the colour Red to retrieve your Room Access Card.
- Proceed to Residential College 4 at 6 College Avenue East, Singapore 138614, scan your card at the entrance, the elevator and your room lockset to access your room.
- If you are unable to find the E-Locker or have issues accessing your room, you can contact Student Housing at +65 8351 9255 / +65 8260 6858
- You may contact the Service Centre directly at +65 6516 1515 after office hours for any technical issues.
I would like to arrange for an earlier check-in date / later check-out date. How do I book extra room nights at my accommodation?
Kindly take note that these extra nights will be on your own accord.

NUS Residential College: We regret to inform that the pre-event accommodation is only available from 10 June onwards. Post-event accommodation is not available.

Where are the conference venues?
The Conference Opening Ceremony and informal welcome dinner will take place at the Level 4, Simpor Junior Ballroom, Marina Bay Sands, 1 Bayfront Ave.
The Conference will take place at the Matrix building, 30 Biopolis Street, located within One-North in Buona Vista and nearby to A*STAR, the National University of Singapore, Ministry of Education and others.
Dinner on Thursday evening will take place in the Waterview Room and Flower Field Hall at the Gardens by the Bay.

There is a Hospitality Desk at the lobby of your accommodation.

Please proceed to the Hospitality Desk at Level 2 and we will get this reprinted for you.
I lost my name badge! What should I do?
Please bring along a form of ID and approach the conference venue, Matrix’s, Help Desk level 2 or 4 to get it reprinted.
Are there shuttle buses provided?
We have buses at scheduled timings from Park Avenue Rochester and NUS Residential College/Student Accommodation to the Conference Venue. Park Avenue Rochester is also a short walk (10min) away from the Conference Venue.
Details of the bus scheduled will be listed in your name badge.
My flight is not till late in the evening on 16 June and conference will end by 3pm. Where can I store my luggage?
You can store it at your housing or at Matrix, level 2M.
