Progress report - Leading the way: Increasing diversity in the scientific workforce

This report provides a review of the progress of the Leading the way policy programme:

1. to define and understand the scientific workforce
2. to identify barriers to entry and progression within the scientific workforce, with a view to removing them
3. to increase the diversity of the scientific workforce; and a description of activities over the six strands of the programme.
