Planning and Resources Committee

The terms of reference of this committee, which was created by Council in 2015 to replace Finance Committee but with a wider remit, encompass: planning, including financial planning, and resource allocation; budgeting and financial performance; financial aspects of trading activities and pension arrangements; finance, facilities, HR, and IT services; organizational structure, staffing, and remuneration policy.
