All interviews will be in person in our Piccadilly premises. We prioritise meeting one another in person and hope that by coming to our building you will gain a sense of what the Society is all about.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Free and confidential telephone counselling, advice on domestic and legal issues, and face to face counselling services
Pension scheme Contribute 2.67% into the group pension plan. The Royal Society will contribute 2 x the employee contribution up to a maximum employer contribution of 12%
Flexible working 35 hour working week with a core hours between10am-4pm for all staff, flexible start and finish time between 8am-10am corresponding to a finish time between 4pm-6pm. Flexible working application process also offered and wide range of flexible options are in practice. Hybrid working available for most roles, although in person office working required for all roles
Holiday entitlement 30 days for all staff plus 3 nominated days, usually used between Christmas and New Year plus the ability to buy additional leave each year
Milestone awards On each of the relevant anniversary dates since joining, a milestone payment will be paid to the employee
Life assurance 4 X salary death in service benefit
Learning and Development programme Programme of training courses which align to career goals, development needs and professional interests
