Advanced leadership training

This training programme will support research fellows to develop their advanced leadership skills and equip them with practical tools to handle the demands of managing a pioneering research project and team.

About the course

The training programme will be designed for researchers who are managing large, innovative projects. Training topics will include strategic vision, inclusive leadership, financial management, reflection and more. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with other Royal Society research fellows.
