The Society has responded to the House of Commons Select Committee on Environment, Food and Rural Affairs call for views on the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs' (Defra) science. The Committee has issued a call for views to help devise the scope of its forthcoming inquiry into the science capability of Defra and its agencies.
