’Breaking the Climate Deadlock’
27 June 2008Commenting on 'Breaking the Climate Deadlock' published by The Office of Tony Blair and The Climate Group today Martin Rees, President of the Royal Society, said:
"International action on climate change must not be stymied by the tension between science and politics. If we are to avoid the worst effects of climate change we need to do as much as possible, as soon as possible. This will require courageous political leadership as well as giving higher-priority to the development and implementation of novel technologies on a larger scale. "
