Government response to Finch report

The Government is due to respond to a major report into open access publishing led by Professor Dame Janet Finch today. Sir Paul Nurse, President of the Royal Society, has written to Minister of State for Universities and Science, Rt Hon David Willetts MP, welcoming the report.
