Royal Society responds to reports of evolution being removed from the Turkish national curriculum
17 July 2017The Royal Society has responded to reports of evolution being removed from the Turkish national curriculum by writing to the Presidents of the All European Academies (ALLEA) Member Academies based in Turkey.
The letters call on the academies to ensure that the government does not take any action that would damage the education of its young people or diminish the country's scientific reputation.
