Mark your diaries as the Royal Society’s Summer Science Exhibition returns on 1-6 July for an unparalleled, free celebration of cutting-edge UK science in the heart of London.

Based at the Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG, this year’s exhibition will bring together some of the country’s leading researchers for five days of inspiring science, interactive experiences, activities and workshops for all ages. 

With 13 flagship exhibits exploring the senses of elephants, spiders or surgeons to trailblazing research into quantum technologies, there will be something new for every visitor to discover.

Summer Science opens to the public at 6pm on Tuesday 1 July for an adults-only lates event, followed by five days of fantastic science for all ages.

Ahead of the public opening, an exclusive preview will be held for schools during the day on Tuesday. Teachers interested in attending the exhibition with students across the week should email education@royalsociety.org to learn more.
