The science of Harry Potter

08 July 2016 16:00 - 17:00

Join Roger Highfield as he takes us on a journey to Hogwarts to unlock some of the secrets of our beloved wizarding world.

Could we make an invisibility cloak? Who is the greatest wizard of all? Could cosmic gravitational shielding unlock the secret of flying by broomstick?

Re-discover the much-loved stories and explore how, with a little help from science, the magical world of Harry Potter may not be as far from reality as we think.
