Professor Seralynne Vann is currently a Wellcome Trust Senior Research Fellow in Basic Biomedical Science, based in the School of Psychology, Cardiff University. Prior to that she held a BBSRC David Phillips Fellowship for five years. She is a neuroscientist researching the role of the limbic system in memory and amnesia, with a particular interest in the contribution of the mammillary bodies and connected regions. Living with a long-term physical disability, having two young sons has contributed to Seralynne’s interest in issues relating to Equality and Diversity.
