Research summary

I am primarily interested in the physical origin of the accelerating expansion of the Universe, as discovered in 1998. The cosmic acceleration could be due to Dark Energy, an unknown energy component of the Universe, or to the breakdown of General relativity on cosmic scales. I mainly work on data analysis and cosmological implications on the study of dark energy and modified gravity using large galaxy surveys, including the extended Baryonic Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey (eBOSS), Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) and Prime Focus Spectrograph (PFS).
