Kirstin is an Assistant Professor of Education at Northumbria University, and a former primary teacher and senior leader. Alongside her role at Northumbria, Kirstin is a Senior Associate for the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF), with a particular interest in maths, professional learning, and evidence-use. Kirstin is also a Community Lead at the Great North Maths Hub, and a Research and Innovation Lead for the National Centre for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics (NCETM).
