Research summary

My current research focuses on evolutionary responses to environmental change, and their consequences on population demography. I use a combination of mathematical models and laboratory experiments (with the brine shrimp Artemia) to explore fitness landscapes and the genetics of adaptation, the plastic responses of individuals to their environment of development, and how these affect the growth of natural populations and their extinction risk, notably in the context of global change.
