Research summary

My research concerns the computer modelling of complex systems at the atomistic level, and

the development of methods to improve various aspects of molecular dynamics.

In particular, I am interested in the modelling of nuclear quantum effects, combining path integral methods

and correlated-noise Langevin dynamics, and in non-linear dimensionality reduction schemes to

automatically obtain a simplified description of structurally complex physical-chemical systems.

I apply these methods to fundamental physical-chemistry problems, materials science and biochemistry.
