Rachel is a Reader in Number Theory and Future Leaders Fellow at King’s College London. Her research interests include rational points on algebraic varieties, local-global principles and arithmetic statistics. Before joining King’s in 2021, she was Pure Mathematics Teaching Lead at the University of Reading. Rachel currently serves on the Council of the London Mathematical Society and the joint editorial board of the Bulletin and Journal of the LMS, and was previously deputy chair of the LMS Early Career Research Committee. She has also served on the EPSRC Mathematical Sciences Early Career Forum, as well as grant panels for EPSRC, the Cecil King Memorial Foundation and the USA’s National Science Foundation.
