Research summary

I am a bio-physical spectro/microscopist on the border of biological chemistry and physics. My main research interest revolves around the development and application of super-resolution microscopy. This involves the design and fabrication of tailor made optical instrumentation and microscopes including novel associated detection and measurement algorithms. Other research interests are: the development of high-end palm size analytic instrumentation, software and measurement protocols. Study of compartmentalisation and localisation of responsive probes for ratiometric live cell imaging and prostate cancer detection.
