How good is a fruit fly’s sense of smell? How reliant are insects on their sense of smell? Dr James Logan will reveal how discerning and fundamental the sense of smell is to insects and what the potential benefits of understanding these mechanisms are to us as humans.

Dr James Logan is the Deputy Research Degree Coordinator for the Department of Disease Control at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
