Gavin Pretor-Pinney is an author and founder of the Cloud Appreciation Society. He is the winner of the 2011 Royal Society Winton Prize for Science Books.
Gavin Pretor-Pinney's 'Cloudspotter's Guide' has been called 'the most entertaining textbook ever written'. Now he encourages us to spend more time looking skywards to discover the beauty, fascination and meaning of clouds: from history to science via art and popular culture.
