We open up the Royal Society to adults-only for a sneak preview of the exhibits of the Summer Science Exhibition, with added hands-on activities and workshops, fascinating talks and cocktails.

Entry is free and open to everyone over-18, no registration required.

The Sense Tent

The Sense Tent

Venture round our marquee where you can have a whiff of some pathology perfumery, virtually train your tactility, conduct an ultrasound analysis of your voice, stimulate your tastebuds using electricity and experience audio-visual synaesthesia among other things.

Researchers from Imperial have got samples of seeds from Tim Peake's space mission for you to grow your own and help out in a massive space citizen science project.

Head of Psychedelics at Imperial Dr Robin Carhart Harris will be discussing his research into the potential use of psychedelics in mental health treatment.
