Due to last minute cancellations, places are still available for school and college visits – email to enquire.
The exhibition is free and open to all to attend, however, school and college groups must pre-register to attend the exhibition in a three hour session between 4 July – 8 July.
The school sessions are intended for students age 14 and above who would like to find out about research currently taking place in the UK and to meet those involved. When registering, you will be asked which sessions you would be able to attend but we cannot guarantee you will get your first choice as we have an upper limit on numbers.
Registered schools
For schools who have been allocated a visit time to this year's exhibition, please see the schools' visit information page for all you need to know before and on the day of your group visit.
If you have any queries regarding school and college visits to the Summer Science Exhibition, please contact education@royalsociety.org.
On Tuesday 5 July, teachers and technicians will be dropping into the exhibition from 5.30pm to 9pm to explore, talk to scientists from all over the UK and chat about ways to use their research to inspire students with STEM.
Teachers and technicians interested in attending are asked to register in advance to enable networking and to receive a goody bag. The exhibition will also be open to the public at this time so family and friends are also very welcome (there is no need to register them).
Please RSVP with the names of attendees and their school or college by 24 June to education@royalsociety.org.
