What does the Royal Society do?

The Society provides the venue and manages and co-ordinates the exhibition. We run an extensive promotional campaign to attract visitors.
 
During the run-up we help exhibitors to plan their exhibits. We also provide media and communication skills training for members of each exhibit, along with resources they can take back to train their team.
 
At the exhibition the Society’s staff are on hand to support the exhibitors. We provide refreshments for exhibitors during the exhibition opening times, basic equipment such as tables, poster boards, extension leads and Wi-Fi access.
