Schools booking (5 - 7 July 2023)
The Summer Science Exhibition is changing, with new, interactive content for the public.
This year, school groups are able to visit the Exhibition between 5 – 7 July 2023 and the content of the Exhibition will be suitable for students at GCSE and A-level (or equivalent) who actively want to pursue a career in STEM once they leave school.
Visiting school groups will be able to take part in the whole Exhibition alongside the visiting public. Students will get the opportunity to talk with the researchers at their stands, finding out more about the cutting-edge science they are undertaking and a bit about their career pathways in scientific research. There will also be the opportunity to engage with a range of publicly accessible interactive activities and talks, new for 2023.
To support with planning, it is advised that your visit will take up to 2 hours and each school will be able to bring a group of up to 25 (including chaperoning teachers). Please note that there are no available spaces for school groups to take lunch inside the building and we recommend that lunch is taken before or after your visit.
Schools booking is now closed.
