Lates: Sports engineering
This event is part of the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition 2024.
Discover how the world of Sports Engineering develops fundamental knowledge and delivers applied solutions that enhance human sporting performance, reduces the risk of injury, and promotes physical activity.
Join researchers from the Sports Engineering Research Group of Sheffield Hallam University, and Manchester Metropolitan University, for an interactive exploration of how sports engineering is supporting our Olympic athletes, assisting Sports Governing bodies in regulation, and helping commercial companies to develop the latest sports products.
