Young People's Book Prize 2024 Award Ceremony

The six books shortlisted for the Young People's Book Prize 2024 launched children across the UK on a quest to meet scientists past and present, find answers to pressing scientific challenges, and discover the wonders that exist on Earth and beyond.

This year, over 700 UK schools, science clubs and youth groups took up the challenge of judging the Prize. The young judges pored over the pages full of arctic adventures, amazing ancestors and astrophysics and have now declared their winner.

The 2024 award ceremony is an excellent occasion to meet the authors and discover this year's winner.
