Lates: The world of Nergal

01 July 2025 18:00 - 22:00 The Royal Society Free

This event is part of the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition 2025.

Take a trip to Nergal, a game world where you can explore how your real-life social networks and the decisions you make influence how diseases spread around communities.

Have fun, and contribute to real research by playing the Nergal game developed by Then Try This. Discover the work of Royal Society University Research Fellow Dr Matthew Silk and learn how your game play will help scientists better understand – and perhaps one day combat – the spread of diseases in the future.
