The Royal Society has responded to the Higher Education Statistics Agency's (HESA) Data Futures Programme consultation.
HESA have set out proposals to transform data collection arrangements within higher education, improving the quality, timeliness and accessibility of information, while reducing the burden on providers.
The Royal Society's response welcomes HESA's proposals, highlighting the value of high quality data, and the increasing demand for it within higher education.
