The Society submitted evidence to the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee inquiry into the Industrial Strategy, highlighting issues that the Committee may wish to consider in this Inquiry.
These include: the need for long-term investment; increasing productivity; supporting excellence across the UK; building up the national skills pipeline; attracting and retaining key talent; and increasing the UK’s ability to identify and respond to new opportunities and challenges.
