Overview

Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery celebrate a modern day local science hero - Doncaster-born Dean Lomax, palaeontologist and honorary scientist at the University of Manchester. The museum follows the story from Dean’s dinosaur-loving childhood to his current success as an award-winning palaeontologist with an exhibition and series of free public events.

Join the museum to celebrate the end of their exhibition with this special day of events and activities. Come along, interact with the museum collection and get hands on with palaeontology and fossil hunting.
